Service Charges & Taxes are not refundable at all.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

For no refund policy, if you have purchased some specific time coupon tickets, event or attractions or accommodation which have no refund and replacement, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.

Non-Group Bookings Cancellation Policy

Canceling a booking with Dune Buggy Rental Desert shall result in a 10% cancellation fee. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your Dune Buggy Rental Desert voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees. Time-bound cancellation fee that could be applied or skipped under the following conditions:

• If you have purchased an event, attraction or coupon ticket, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
• In some cases, hotel or accommodation is also non-refundable but depends on the bookings policy which is mentioned on the voucher.
• If you cancel at least 96 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
• If you cancel before 24 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

The refund will be complete by maximum 30 days from the transaction date.

Group Bookings (4 or more than 4 pax in a Single Booking):

• 7 Days prior to Tour Departure: 50% Cancellation Fee
• 5 Days or less prior to tour Departure: 100 % Cancellation Fee

The refund will be complete by maximum 30 days.
