Refund Policy

At Desert Buggy Booking, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and service charges.

1. Service Charges & Taxes

Service charges and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds After Service Commencement

Refunds are not available once a tour or service has commenced, or if you have utilized any package, accommodation, meals, or other related services.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the booking.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as event tickets, specific time coupons, attractions, or accommodations, may be non-refundable in all circumstances. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking, and no refund or replacement will be provided once purchased.

5. Non-Group Bookings Cancellation Policy

For bookings made for individuals or small groups (fewer than 4 people), the following cancellation policy applies:

• 10% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made after booking but before the scheduled departure.
• Event Tickets, Attraction Tickets, or Coupons: These are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of cancellation.
• Accommodation: Some hotel or accommodation bookings may be non-refundable, depending on the booking policy. This will be outlined in your voucher.
• Cancellation Deadlines:
  • 96 hours or more before scheduled departure: No cancellation fee.
  • 72 to 95 hours before scheduled departure: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds for non-group bookings will be processed within 30 days from the transaction date.

6. Group Bookings (4 or More People) Cancellation Policy

For bookings made for groups of 4 or more people, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 7 Days or more before scheduled departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 5 Days or less before scheduled departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds for group bookings will be processed within 30 days from the transaction date.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the original transaction date.
